BOCES district superintendents joined Chancellor Young, Commissioner Rosa and State Education Dept. leadership at the Brooklyn STEAM Center at the Brooklyn Navy Yard on October 21. The state’s education leaders shared innovative and effective practices for access to early college/dual enrollment programs for historically underserved student populations.
