BOCES district superintendents will be at the Capitol on Feb. 26, 2025, for the BOCES of New York State Advocacy Day. The day is an opportunity for BOCES leadership to meet with regional legislators to discuss their response to the executive budget proposal, legislative priorities, and budget priorities.
The 2025 legislative priorities are:
- School Aid
- Modernizing BOCES Aid
- Public Sector BOCES Lease Terms
- Support Transition to Zero-Emission Buses
- Address Critical Workforce Shortages
